Over a 35-year tenure, Brian has overseen massive public works programs exceeding $23.5 billion, specializing in design-build transit systems. He has been a pivotal figure in the expansion of the Los Angeles Metro network, including the Blue, Green, Red, Gold, Expo, and Purple lines.

 

Previously serving as a key Director for the California High-Speed Rail initiative, Brian is highly regarded for successfully steering multifaceted projects toward superior client outcomes.

Vivianna Gomez
Project Engineer

Vivianna is a high-impact engineering expert with nearly a decade of experience managing major infrastructure ventures in Southern California. Her portfolio includes critical roles within the LAX Airfield, Terminal Modernization, and Automated People Mover projects.

Vivianna's experience in both design and field execution gives her the unique ability to bridge gaps between engineering intent and construction realities, demonstrated through

Peter is a seasoned Project and Design Lead with 15 years in heavy civil infrastructure, focusing on transit, aviation, and large-scale utility systems. He is an expert in alternative delivery methods, with a proven ability to lead preconstruction efforts that bolster budget security and engineering excellence.

 

He has held senior roles on flagship projects like the San Diego Airport Terminal 1 development and various LAX upgrades. Peter excels at uniting diverse technical teams and optimizing designs for cost-effectiveness. A registered Professional Engineer, he is celebrated for a collaborative leadership style and his capacity to solve intricate infrastructure puzzles while meeting long-term client and community needs.
